Processes Information Tools

Fewer complications. More room to work.

I help SMEs simplify processes, find information and build useful digital tools for everyday work.

See what I do

From process to software, with AI where possible.

The work follows a clear order: understand how an activity works, simplify it, then develop the software it needs. Artificial intelligence is used where it offers a practical benefit and the result can be checked.

  1. 01

    Analyse processes.

I map out how an activity works: steps, people, tools and exceptions. I identify where time is lost and where errors arise.

OutcomeA map of the current process and its problem areas.

  2. 02

    Reorganise and streamline.

The first improvement often needs no software: removing unnecessary steps, clarifying responsibilities or configuring existing tools more effectively.

OutcomeA simpler process and a reasoned decision on what to build, if needed.

  3. 03

    Develop the software.

When existing tools are not enough, I develop custom applications and automation to handle requests, connect programs, produce reports and run checks.

OutcomeA tool with a clear purpose, designed for the people who use it every day and ready for AI agents.

  4. 04

    Integrate AI where possible.

Within the software I develop, AI can read documents, extract data or prepare drafts. And if the business wants it, an AI agent can use the tool by following its instructions. Actions that matter are approved by a person.

OutcomeAI features and agents built into everyday work, with visible sources and clear checks.

How
I work.

The same principles apply to an analysis, a development project and an AI project.

  1. 01

    Start small.

One process at a time, with scope and outcome defined before work begins.

  2. 02

    Test first.

A tool is tested on a specific real case with the people who will use it, before it is used more widely.

  3. 03

    Everything is documented.

Testing, documentation and handover are part of the work, not an extra.

  4. 04

    People decide.

Technology prepares and connects. The people doing the work check and decide.

Not every problem needs new software. Not every step needs AI.

My background on LinkedIn ↗︎

I’m interested in the point where a need becomes something people can use.

My background spans business processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, integrations and IT responsibilities.

Today I bring this perspective to operations analysis, AI training and the development of internal tools for SMEs. First I understand the work; then I assess which technology makes sense.

Responsibilities and boundaries

Help desk, PC and network management, cybersecurity and legal or privacy advice require dedicated professionals. Accounts, ownership, maintenance and exit terms are defined within the scope of each engagement.

Where do
we start?

An activity to review, information that is hard to find, or an idea still taking shape.

Tell me what you would like to improve. We’ll work out together where to start and whether I can help.
