Demos
Try it before you decide.
Two simulations of tools I develop for small and medium businesses, each one takes a few minutes. Both show the same principle: the agent reads, checks and proposes; a person decides, corrects what needs correcting and approves. Only then is the data recorded.
Companies and data are invented. Everything runs in your browser and no AI model is called: these are reconstructions of the workflow, not the finished product.

-
Incoming orders and documents
An agent reads a PDF order, an email written in plain words or a delivery note, checks items, prices and dates and prepares the entry for the business software.
For businesses that copy orders and delivery notes by hand, into business software or Excel.

-
Visual warehouse
The warehouse becomes a map. When goods arrive the agent proposes where to put them; then it works out what is running low and prepares reorders by supplier.
For businesses that run their warehouse in Excel, or have stock software but no overall view of shelves, stock levels and reorders.

Beyond the demos
In practice, on your own work.
The demos show the workflow. A real tool starts from your documents, your data and the business software you already use.
- 1
It starts from one process.
One type of document or one part of the warehouse, with the people who handle it every day. We measure how it works today before building anything.
- 2
It connects to what you have.
Your business software stays where it is: the tool reads and writes through APIs, files or the database. If you work in Excel today, we start from your spreadsheets and the tool takes their place in everyday work.
- 3
A person always decides.
The agent proposes and flags what does not add up. Approvals and corrections are recorded, with who decided and when.
Which demo looks like your work?
A first conversation. A few sample documents, anonymised if you prefer, and the name of the software you use, or your Excel files, are enough. We’ll work out together which process to start from.
